Opening Float Teacher (AM Position, Part-time)

Summary

We are looking for a fun, nurturing, energetic morning teacher to support our infant, toddler and preschool classrooms and assist with daily opening duties. This position would ideally be Monday through Friday with shift options being either 7:30 - 8:30 AM, or 7:30 - 10:00 AM. The longer shift would help with supporting teacher administrative time.

This position is perfect for someone looking for a part-time opportunity/morning job, loves or is interested in working with young children, wants to see what early childhood education is all about, and loves kids!

Duties

• Assist in opening classrooms as children arrive for the day
• Greeting families during drop-off times
• Perform opening tasks such as filling soap & water bottles for rooms, starting coffee/tea for team
• Covering administrative time for teachers as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience working with young children
